Tradify is a well-regarded job management platform popular among UK plumbing, electrical, and HVAC companies. If you have multiple engineers working across multiple sites, Tradify helps you coordinate them.

TailoredQuote sits at a different point in the workflow. It is a quoting tool for construction and trade businesses. You describe a project in plain English and the AI drafts an itemised scope of work with professional language. You review every line and set every price before sending. The output is a branded PDF with your letterhead. On the Pro plan, you can add room mockups showing the client an illustrative version of the proposed finish. E-signatures let the customer accept the quote on their phone.

TailoredQuote does not do job management. It does not schedule teams, track timesheets, manage purchase orders, or handle job costing. Tradify does all of that. In the other direction, Tradify has a quoting feature with manual line items, but it does not draft scope descriptions for you, produce construction-specific language, or generate room mockups. Each tool does what it was designed for.
